FND Contracts LLC is a veteran-led program-management firm for government technology delivery, headquartered in Cherokee County, Georgia, serving state, local, and education (SLED) customers across metro Atlanta with a federal-ready posture.
FND wins and administers technology contracts as the accountable prime, self-performing fractional CIO leadership and program and project management — the agency's single senior interface — while vetted Georgia teaming partners perform the specialized technical delivery under FND's management.
The firm was founded and is majority-owned by a former U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer — a background where precision, planning, and zero-error execution are the standard, not the aspiration. He has since led enterprise technology-upgrade programs for a major U.S. multiple-system operator serving 6M+ subscribers.
That discipline is paired with the senior judgment of our public-sector investment and advisory partner — a bench spanning a retired federal-agency Chief Technology Officer, commercial CIO leadership, and a former enterprise Director of IT, with more than 30 years of federal contracting experience. That executive-technology depth is what stands behind FND's fractional CIO practice.
